This is a kind reminder that we have a 24-hr cancellation and a no-show policy.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of any appointment.

• If you cancel within the frame of the 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the booked appointment. This payment will be required before booking any further appointments.

• If you do not “show up” to your appointment, a 100% payment of your booked appointment will be required before securing any further appointments.

Unfortunately, due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have had to implement this policy.
